She thinks we're just going to the Cities for the night to have a mommy/daughter getaway - and to shop at Build-A-Bear. She's going to be so surprised and I hope to capture it all on video!
Britney will be here with Carter until Friday night when we get home. When I asked him what his plans were for the week, he said go karts, fishing, playing - oh and if he gets bad, I'll just put him in here...

Can't wait to see you and Ashlyn!! When I saw this picture of Carter it brought a tear to my eyes knowing that he won't be on our "girl trip" too. I can tell Britney has everything under control. (ha ha)
Carter looks so happy now, I just pray that he will stay that way and that he and his dad can enjoy some special father-son-moments together. Britney, I have been praying for you! Thank you for giving Lara and Ashlyn this opportunity to join in on the big birthday celebration. We will take lots of pictures and tell you all about it when we get home.
