Ashlyn had her dancing debut last Thursday at the high school football game. She did a great job, and I think her teacher was very smart to keep the dance so short. They had only practiced four weeks!
Uncle Monte flew in just in time for the game and Britney's uncle Jerry and aunt Mel ran (literally!) and got there just in time for the performance.

I've been waiting to see that little dancer----thanks for the video. I enjoyed every single second. Please tell her how very proud Nana and Pop were of the good job that she did dancing. Not to mention, she looked so cute!!! Do you think I may be a little prejudice? (I don't) Hope you all have a fun weekend with Bebe and Pop-pop. She is just too stinking cute for words. I love the commentary between you and Britney about the flash. I also love the expression on Ashlyn's face prior to the dance. And you were right to focus on her, she was clearly the only one watching (strictly watching) the teacher and doing the right moves at the right time. Go Ashlyn, soon she'll be Dancing with the Stars!
